• Excellent adhesion of the first layer of printing: the model can be firmly attached to the GECO surface. Even beginners can print easily. With excellent adhesion, it can exert excellent viscosity at room temperature above 0 degrees without heating the platform. Under 0-degree printing, with less power, the printing task can be completed, and say goodbye to glue and sprays, eliminating the complicated printing process.
• Heavier: Our Geco plate is thicker and heavier than ordinary PEI hot beds. Thick and magnetic, it can prevent large prints from warping and small and tall prints from falling over. • Note: Our "no heating" claim is based on room temperature tests around 20°C. Lower room temperatures may necessitate a temperature boost to 20-40°C. For batches of small objects or large prints, adding a brim or raising the temperature is advisable.
• Simple Daily Maintenance:Before printing, you can clean the GECO plate by wiping it with alcohol or using soapy water to remove dust, oil, and fingerprints, and then Select "Textured PEI Plate" and set temperature to plate.
• Maintain Build Plate:After long-term repeated use, the plate needs to be repaired and cleaned. Set the temperature to 55°C and print the first layer that occupies the entire plateRemove the first layer immediately after printing. This wil restore the plate's adhesion to its original state.
